Step 3 Complete and send back the pre-visit questionnaire - it includes sending us a brief outline of your reason for your upcoming visit.

Step 5 Physical visits for your initial consultation is common. If you prefer Zoom video consult to save time travelling or you live out of Auckland this can be arranged. If something needs physical examination Dr Helen will organize this with you when you talk.
